WHAT CLIENTS SAY

Carla’s presentation to the childcare providers and business owners was exceptional. She laid out a communications strategy to help the childcare providers transition between working with young children during the day and speaking with potential clients and investors on other occasions. She also stressed the importance of the various components of professionalism in today’s business world. Carla put the childcare participants at ease and demonstrated how growing their businesses through professional communication styles can lead to growing a successful business. Using clear, concise, and consistent communication styles can lead to helping them recognize that professionalism becomes paramount for their business. By the end of the workshop, attendees were confident, encouraged, enthusiastic, and able to properly see themselves as a professional who cares for children, not an individual who babysits. This can only be attributed to Carla’s ability as a storyteller and trainer to help individuals imagine themselves as professionals and see a path toward successful communication styles. KUDOS to Carla, and thank you for an amazing session.
